Can I request colour swatches?
Yes, you can buy swatches here.
Can I return or exchange it?
You may return a stocked item within 2 days of receipt as long as it is in new condition. A 10% restocking fee will be charged. You may also exchange an item within seven days of receipt at no charge. You will be responsible for all shipping costs. Custom orders are non-refundable or exchangeable. Discounted merchandise marked, "SALE" is not subject to return or exchange.
Do you offer design services and video consultation?
Yes, we do. We are happy to help you figure it all out. It is what we do and we love it! Feel free to send us pictures of your project and other elements in the space by email to dodd@peaceindustry.se.
How do you ship?
We ship by air using UPS or FEDEX and all shipping costs are included in the price.

All payments are going through the website, which means you can choose to pay by card, Apple Pay and Klarna among others.

Since we use air shipping most rugs are delivered in less than 4 weeks.
